Our top story tonight is follow-up coverage on our August 3rd, 2024 Freedom Forum post, “Anthony Olienick and Chris Carbert Found "Not Guilty" of "Conspiring to Kill RCMP Officers" during 2022 Truckers Convoy.”

As outlined in the earlier post::

The charges against Olienick, Carbert and the "Coutts Four" were used by the Trudeau Liberals to Justify the Imposition of the "Emergencies Act" on February 14th, 2022.

Those charges, now dismissed, were once listed by government officials as being at the core of the Federal government’s decision to invoke the “Emergencies Act,” in February 2022.

But as outlined in the January 23rd, Freedom Forum post, “Federal Court rules use of Emergencies Act was Unconstitutional and Unreasonable,” the invocation of the Emergencies Act was ruled unconstitutional and illegal even before the Coutts Four trial ended.

So where do we go now?
