5th Generation Warfare, Drones, Fog, False Flags & Political Destabilization

We start tonight’s program with the January 2nd, 2024 Last American Vagabond post, “5th Generation Warfare: Drones, Fog, False Flags & Political Destabilization,” which, at over four hours, is a little bit too long for a one hour podcast, but does seem to cover pretty much everything which went on over the holidays in the US and Canada.

However, we don’t really want to talk about the drones over the East coast or the fog evidently driving people crazy or any of the other American false flags the Last American Vagabond discussed in their piece because we mostly think those stories are primarily kabuki theatre designed to mentally terrorize and discouraging public debate.

Curiously enough, most sane people are avoiding the mainstream news and thinking the same. They’re discovering more useful “news” on disconnected Telegram threads, and amongst the small but fast growing new media outlets which promise a more realistic version of reality, unencumbered by legacy media “bean counters” and lawyers

But it might be worthwhile to talk a little bit about the ongoing polarizations driving our current Canadian political discussions. Most of us have been influenced to a greater or lesser extent by the polarizing propaganda emanating from our political elites.

But our current crop of Canadian politicians also bare at least some responsibility.

Even the legacy has begun to notice:

• Two years ago the December 20^th, 2022 Policy Options post, “We’re divided, but are Canadians really more polarized?” noted that Canadians aren’t getting more extreme and their viewpoints remain surprisingly similar to what they thought twenty years ago, but the framing of issues along “binary lines” by political elites using false dichotomies demanding that “You’re either with us or against us” limits political discourse and sacrifices nuanced viewpoints.

• The November 2024 the Walrus post, “Poilievre a Polarizer? Are You Serious?,” argues that, by any credible metric, the most profound source of national enmity is the current prime minister. According to the Walrus post, Opposition leader Pierre Poilievre is a “unity candidate” in comparison.

• The May 4th, 2024 Globe and Mail post, “Justin Trudeau didn’t start the fire. But the Prime Minister helped stoke Canada’s political polarization,” also notes the obvious.

So how do legacy media posts reflect on the larger issues of 5th generation warfare, drones, fog, false flags & political destabilization?

For that, it’s worth exploring what militaries are currently discussing.

Here’s a sample, taken from the 2024 Australian Defense, Science, Technology and Research Summit, held in Canberra from September 17th to 19th, 2024.

To promote the event, summit organizers compiled several promotional video’s including this June 2nd, 2024 Defence Science and Technology Group on YouTube post, “Information Warfare | ADSTAR 2024.”

In essence, the military thinks of the current situation as an “information warfare,” with the battlefield capable of shifting faster than the politicians are able to respond. Therefore the military needs to respond in place of the ineffective civilian authorities in order to maintain control over the situation.

Essentially, the military feels the need to bypass government control in order to save it. It’s scary, scary stuff.

Will Canada Become the 51st State?

US president-elect Donald Trump has offered to make America the 51^st state.

Will he succeed?

Who knows, but the Canadian and American propaganda efforts surrounding his current tariff negotiation strategy with the Canadian government is impressive.

The Difference Between Immigrants and Illegal Immigrants
